Working Together: Coordinated efforts needed: CS

KARACHI: The chief secretary of Sindh, Raja Mohammad Abbas, urged the works and services department to ensure the immediate repair of the Badin-Karachi Highway. He also directed the secretaries of the provincial departments to develop a liaison with the disaster management authority and the Relief Commissionerate to provide relief to the flood victims. The departments of health, home, irrigation, rehabilitation and local government must work together to facilitate the flood survivors.
