Members of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) staged a protest rally demanding the release of their party founder, Imran Khan.

The PTI assembly members marched from Parliament House to the Supreme Court, chanting slogans for his release. After reaching the Supreme Court, the members returned to Parliament House, where they were joined by recently released PTI leader Sanam Javed. The protesters demanded Imran Khan’s immediate release.

Speaking to the media, PTI leader Omar Ayub accused agencies of falsely implicating their assembly members in bogus cases. He condemned the charges against Imran Khan, Bushra Bibi, and other detainees, stating that Bushra Bibi's release orders had been issued but the NAB team rearrested her on false charges.

Ayub appealed to Qazi Faez Isa to ensure that ad hoc judges do not hear their cases, asserting that their patriotism could not be questioned.

PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar criticized the appointment of ad-hoc judges, claiming it was detrimental to an independent judiciary and made with ill intent. Gohar further pointed out that four judges were being brought in simultaneously during the court’s recess.

Senator Shibli Faraz commented on the poor management of the system over the past two years, criticizing the ruling faction for failing to understand how to influence public opinion. He described any talk of banning the party as absurd and accused the government of flouting the Constitution and the law.

PTI leader Asad Qaiser characterized the current situation in the country as anarchic, accusing the authorities of turning Pakistan into a lawless land and using force to impose their will.
