PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan has sharply criticised the proposal to appoint ad hoc judges at the apex court, alleging that the move is strategically timed around PTI’s reserved seats judgment and its political influence.

There is a genuine apprehension that the move is aimed at PTI’s reserved seats judgment and its standing as a party,” stated Barrister Gohar Ali Khan in a statement posted on X, expressing deep suspicion about the unprecedented proposal.

PTIs chairman pointed out the unusual nature of appointing four ad hoc judges simultaneously during a judicial recess.
