Drake stirs controversy with 'Rap Is A Joke' shirt amid Kendrick Lamar feud

Drake has remained relatively silent on social media amid his ongoing feud with Kendrick Lamar. 

Though the battle seemed to slow down following the release of the "Not Like Us" video, fans are still eager to see what's next from the rap star.

The "Family Matters" rapper posted a cryptic message on Instagram that kept fans busy deciphering its meaning well into the night. 

"The pressure from being on top does more than just make your ears pop," Drake captioned a photo of himself wearing a "Rap Is A Joke" shirt. 

While some believe the post is a subtle reference to the recent assassination attempt on Donald Trump, others are focused on what Drake left unsaid.

“‘Drake, here’s how they gone come at you… wit silly rap feuds tryna distract you’-Hov,” commented Hitman Holla. 

Another user remarked, “No beats to drop, no lines to pen, just peaceful silence and his bed.”

Over on X, debates raged about the meaning of Drake's shirt, with one fan calling him a "clown" and a "sore loser." 

However, another user defended Drake, saying, "Drake is literally paying homage to battle rap here, a reference Kdot himself would’ve caught. Whatever pushes the agenda though."

The shirt was identified as merch from the group Rap Is A Joke, known for parodying the music industry's hypocrisies.
