Armed individuals lured a female hostel resident under the guise of employment and subjected her to assault in Rawalpindi.

According to the police, the affected girl reported that the suspect, Afraz Satti, deceived her with a job offer and took her to his car in Gori Garden. There were two armed individuals in the car who threatened her with death if she made any noise.

The suspect took her to an empty space in a cool water area near her house, where she was assaulted after being restrained. After the assault, the suspect, along with his friend, returned to his house in the car. "The driver dropped me outside the hostel at 3:30 am," she added.

New Town Police Station in Rawalpindi has registered a case against the suspects Afraz Satti and Imran along with three suspects and started an investigation.

Previously, in Punjab's town Tandianwala, a girl was gang-raped by three men while a transgender was sexually assaulted in separate incidents.

Reportedly, a resident of Ghulam Muhammadabad filed a complaint that she had paid Rs1 million to Muhammad Naeem eight months ago to obtain visas for herself and three others. However, Naeem failed to deliver on his promise, despite taking time. He began to offer excuses when questioned about the matter. claiming that while visas for girls having matriculated had been secured, those of others had yet to arrive. When she demanded a refund, he returned only Rs31,000 and promised to pay the remaining amount.

The complainant alleged that Naeem called her to his house in Rasool Park, where he and his two accomplices sexually assaulted her.

The assaulters later threw her out of the house.

Madina Town police registered a case against the accused under Section 375A of the PPC and carried out raids to arrest the accused.

Meanwhile, a transgender resident of Kamalpur reported to the police that Ahsan, a resident of Ideal Town had threatened him several times and attempted to sexually assault him. Nishatabad police registered a case.
