Bunnie Xo remembers first encounter with husband Jelly Roll at Las Vegas country saloon

Internet personality Bunnie Xo reminisced about meeting her husband, revealing insights on their early days together.

Bunnie Xo recently delved into the beginnings of her relationship with singer Jelly Roll during the latest episode of her 'Dumb Blonde' podcast. 

Recounting their initial meeting at Las Vegas Country Saloon in 2015, Bunnie, 44, vividly recalled her first impression of the then-emerging artist. "He was opening for the Moonshine Bandits and I was like, 'What is this? What is this man? This big southern boy,'" she reminisced. 

Despite the low-key atmosphere of the venue, Bunnie and Jelly Roll found a connection that eventually led to their marriage in 2016. Bunnie, now stepmother to Jelly's children from a previous relationship, has been candid about their journey, including a 2018 breakup that strengthened their bond.

In a recent interview with PEOPLE, Jelly Roll reflected on their relationship's evolution, acknowledging the challenges they faced. "It ain't always been Hallmark cards and Care Bears," he remarked. "We had to really put in a lot of work to be together, and it was worth it. It was worth every second." 

The couple, who have been open about their desire to expand their family, now find themselves in what Jelly Roll describes as an "easy phase."
