South Africa Champions secured a decisive victory over Pakistan Champions, winning by 9 wickets in a high-scoring T20 match in the World Championship of Legends at the Edgbaston Stadium in Birmingham on Tuesday.

Chasing a formidable target of 210, South Africa reached 214/1 in just 18.3 overs, thanks to brilliant performances by Jacques Snyman and Sarel Erwee.

Snyman's explosive batting, including multiple sixes off Aamer Yamin, was crucial in the chase.

Sarel Erwee anchored the innings with an impressive 104 off 56 balls, guiding his team to victory. Aamer Yamin's final over saw Snyman hitting two sixes and a wide, clinching the win for South Africa.

Earlier, Pakistan posted a competitive 210/4 in their 20 overs.

Shoaib Malik's quickfire 51 off 26 balls and Abdul Razzaq's late blitz of 25 off 15 balls bolstered the total.

Despite these efforts, Pakistan's bowlers couldn't contain South Africa's aggressive batting lineup, leading to the latter’s victory.
