Video of three girls assaulting salesman in Lahore sparks outrage

Salesman arrested by police on complaint of influential father, which has led to widespread outrage on social media

LAHORE:

A disturbing incident in Lahore's Garden Town has gone viral, showing three girls, reportedly daughters of a prominent lawyer, assaulting a petrol pump salesman.

The video which surfaced on social media, is a CCTV footage which shows at least three girls verbally abusing an elderly man who tried to intervene.

The salesman was arrested by Garden police on the complaint of the influential father, leading to widespread public outrage and demands for a thorough investigation.

The Garden Town police officials arrested the salesman on the complaint of an influential person as he attempted to retaliate with violence.

Ghulam Abbas | 4 months ago | Reply The re-action is wrong but some funny words remarks exchanged by the Sales boy while billing the items you may closely watch the girls put the items on the counter and then boy passed some remarks. Girls were not heading before this to boy but when they listened the remarks the argument started. Boy tried to step back from his comments but arrow left already. It needs forensic analysis of talks over the counter.
