The apex court of the country has issued a cause list for the upcoming week during which a total of eight Supreme Court benches, including a full bench, will hear various crucial cases.
According to the schedule, on July 8, a seven-member larger bench headed by Justice Aminuddin Khan will hear the government’s intra-court appeal related to military courts.
On Tuesday, July 9, a full court led by Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faez Isa will conduct the hearing of a case regarding the non-allocation of reserved seats to the Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC).
Other benches include four three-member benches. One of them is led by CJ Qazi Faez Isa and comprises Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan and Justice Aqeel Abbasi, while another is headed by Justice Mansoor Ali Shah and comprises Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar and Justice Shahid Bilal Hassan.
A bench led by Justice Yahya Afridi consists of Justice Hasan Azhar Rizvi and Justice Irfan Saadat Khan, while another three-member bench is headed by Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail and includes Justice Ayesha Malik and Justice Malik Shahzad Ahmad Khan.
