PCB announces schedule for tri-series between Pakistan, South Africa, New zealand

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the schedule for the upcoming 2024-25 home international cricket season, that featured a significant highlight ie the reintroducion of an ODI tri-series after a gap of 21 years.

This tri-series, set to include New Zealand and South Africa, will occur in Multan from February 8 to 14, serving as crucial preparation for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025, being hosted by Pakistan.

Throughout the season, Pakistan's men's cricket team will engage in a rigorous schedule comprising nine Tests, nine T20Is, and a minimum of 14 ODIs, with potential for additional ODIs based on their performance in both the tri-series and the Champions Trophy.

The action-packed cricket season will culminate with the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 final on March 9, marking a pivotal period for Pakistan cricket.
