Rachel Leviss, former "Vanderpump Rules" star, has shared details about her recent breakup with businessman Matthew Dunn. In the latest episode of her podcast, "Rachel Goes Rogue," which aired on June 28, Leviss explained the reasons behind their split after dating for about a month.

Leviss, 29, revealed that Dunn's actions contradicted his words. She recounted asking Dunn not to post about their relationship on social media, as it was too soon. Despite this, Dunn updated his Facebook profile photo to include Leviss after they attended a music festival together in April. This public display forced Leviss to confirm their relationship.

“The media caught wind of that, and it was just this whole thing,” Leviss explained, adding, “I had to end it, which was hard. It was sad because we had a good connection, good conversation and he was emotionally stable and emotionally intelligent.”

Leviss speculated on Dunn's reasons for sharing the photo, suggesting it might have been an impulse control issue or a desire to show her off. In April, her publicist told PEOPLE that the relationship was in its early stages, saying, "They met a little over a month ago and are friends just getting to know each other."

This relationship came more than a year after Leviss's highly publicized affair with former "Vanderpump Rules" co-star Tom Sandoval. Following the affair, Leviss decided to take a break from dating to focus on herself and her emotional well-being. She expressed her commitment to self-care and personal growth, stating, “I'm not dating for a year... I'm just focusing on myself.”

Reflecting on the challenging period during the "Scandoval" drama, Leviss told PEOPLE, “It was a very difficult time for me. I felt like I wasn't going to get through it at some moments... I'm proud of how far I've come. I've been working really hard on making sure I'm putting my mental health first and really putting myself first.”
