Entrepreneur Huda Kattan has recounted the fracture in her friendship with actress Eva Longoria.

In a video shared on her social media platforms, Kattan revealed that her friend of a decade had opted to express support for Israel. The cosmetics entrepreneur claimed that Longoria had shared misinformation about Palestine on her social media, and despite evidence showing otherwise, she did not choose to advocate for the opposing viewpoint.

"I had a well-known friend with whom I had been friends for 10 years. When the war started, she started to support Israel. I told her that you have to be careful about what you put out, you have to have the right information. When it came out that what she was advocating and supporting wasn't true (mention the beheaded babies story), I said you're going to support Palestine, she said: You know what, social media isn't really the right place to be expressed, you don't get any good from them. Wow, how privileged you are to choose to support a side," Huda explained in the video posted on social media.

The renowned actress, producer, and humanitarian engaged in a conversation with Huda Kattan, the founder of Huda Beauty, a billion-dollar beauty brand. Kattan has consistently supported Palestine, initiating several campaigns to aid them during times of conflict.
