Elon Musk, the 52-year-old visionary behind Tesla and SpaceX, has once again embraced fatherhood, bringing his total number of children to twelve.

Earlier this year, Musk and Shivon Zilis, director of special projects at Neuralink, welcomed their third child together, adding a new member to their growing family.

The couple, who previously had twins Strider and Azure in 2021, has kept details about their newest addition under wraps, including the baby's name and sex.

Despite the delayed public announcement, Musk clarified to Page Six that the birth was not concealed from those close to him.

"All our friends and family know," he explained. "Failure to issue a press release, which would be bizarre, does not mean 'secret'."

Musk's family tree is extensive and diverse.

With three children shared with musician Grimes—Exa Dark Sideræl, Techno Mechanicus, and X—and five children from his previous marriage to author Justine Musk, including twins Griffin and Vivian and triplets Kai, Saxon, and Damian, Musk's approach to parenting is as unique as his professional endeavors.

A vocal critic of declining birth rates, Musk has expressed concerns over demographic trends, viewing them as a significant threat.

He candidly discussed his perspective in a 2022 interview, stating, "As many as I can spend time with and be a good father to," when asked about his ideal number of children.

In a lighthearted reflection on his experiences as a parent, Musk shared a thought on his social media platform, X, in April: "Whoa," he wrote, "I just realised that raising a kid is basically 18 years of prompt engineering".
