Kyle Richards supports her estranged husband Mauricio Umansky's choice to purchase their 16-year-old daughter a $90,000 Porsche.
During a Los Angeles outing on Friday, the 55-year-old "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star informed TMZ that their youngest daughter, Portia, "deserves" the Porsche given to her by her parents as her inaugural vehicle.
Richards supported the significant acquisition, asserting that the car's cost was not as high as portrayed, but she acknowledged the criticism she and Umansky faced.
Pricing aside, she also shared that Portia is “a very good driver.”
“She’s a straight A student. She’s a good kid,” she said.
When questioned about whether she believes Portia merits the luxury car, Richards replied affirmatively, stating, "I think so."
She notably described Umansky, 53, as her "husband," indicating to the outlet that purchasing the extremely costly car was his initiative.
“He works very hard and you can talk to him about [the car],” she said. “That was his purchase.”
Richards' recent remarks regarding the Porsche follow the public revelation of the expensive gift three days ago in videos shared on their daughter Sophia's TikTok account.
