Indian army's brutal action in IIOJK claims lives of two young men

They were martyred after indiscriminate firing at a house during a search operation

In Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), the Indian army's state-sanctioned terrorism resulted in the martyrdom of two more Kashmiri youths.

According to international news agencies, in the Baramulla district on Thursday, the Indian army conducted a search operation during which they indiscriminately fired at a house, resulting in the martyrdom of two unarmed Kashmiri youths, whose identities have not yet been disclosed.

In a serious violation of human rights, the occupying Indian forces handed over the bodies to the police and denied journalists access to the scene.

The pro-India administration in occupied Kashmir tried to cover up the state terrorism of the occupying forces by unsuccessfully attempting to portray the youths as militants, sources claimed.

Following the martyrdom of the youths, a large number of residents came out in protest. They chanted slogans against the Indian government and the Indian army, and voiced their support for the Kashmir freedom struggle.

It may be noted that most Kashmiris had boycotted elections held earlier in the month. Since then, the occupying Indian forces have extrajudicially killed more than five Kashmiri youths in June alone.
