Justin Timberlake's mugshot was made public following his arrest for DWI in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

In the image, the *NSYNC vocalist is depicted facing the camera, his eyes described as "glassy" and "bloodshot" according to the police report.

Timberlake's DWI arrest occurred subsequent to an evening of drinking with companions at the American Hotel.

Sources told Page Six that, before his arrest, “cops [were] stationed outside where he was having dinner.”

After departing the venue shortly past midnight, the Grammy winner was pulled over by police for a traffic violation. The reason cited was that he had run a stop sign and was observed swerving.

“His friends were telling the police, ‘Let him go, let him go,’” one insider told us.

Sources revealed that the singer, who is married to Jessica Biel, underwent a field sobriety test but declined to take a breathalyzer.

Additionally, it was reported that the officer who stopped the father of two “was so young that he didn’t even know” Timberlake.

A second source added, “Justin said under his breath, ‘This is going to ruin the tour.’ The cop replied, ‘What tour?’ Justin said, ‘The world tour.’”

Timberlake was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, along with two other traffic infractions: failing to stop at a stop sign and drifting out of the proper lane of travel.

According to the criminal complaint obtained by Page Six, Timberlake had “bloodshot” and “glassy” eyes and a “strong odor of an alcoholic beverage” on his breath during the traffic stop.

Prominent Hamptons lawyer Eddie Burke Jr. is Timberlake’s legal representation for this case. The musician’s next court date is July 26 but he will not have to attend the procedural date.
