Kai Cenat, a major figure in the streaming world, recently faced significant criticism online for attending North West's 11th birthday party. Many users deemed his presence inappropriate, sparking a heated debate.

However, Cenat swiftly responded to the backlash during a Sunday stream on June 16, dismissing the skeptics and explaining the positive experience.

The controversy arose after Cenat attended North West's "epic" birthday bash at the American Dream mall in New Jersey, a celebration that featured rollercoasters, ski slopes, and swimming pools.

Cenat, who also took photos with Kim Kardashian and La La Anthony at the event, emphasized that North West is a big fan of his.

"I am North’s favorite streamer, bro. All she wanted to do was meet me. Anybody who’s making it weird, that’s the weirdest thing ever," Cenat stated.

Cenat addressed his young fanbase, noting that meeting young fans is a regular part of his career.

"We had a great time yesterday. She’s great, bro. She has a good group of friends around her; everything was great," he added, dismissing the undue assumptions made by some critics.

The event also drew attention due to past tensions between Cenat and North's father, Kanye West. For those unaware, West previously sent Cenat a box of Yeezy merch, which led to a spat over the sizing of the pants.

Cenat complained that the pants were far too big, resulting in an unnecessary conflict that played out publicly on Instagram.

Additionally, Cenat recently expressed shock at being followed by Diddy on Instagram and made it clear that he wants nothing to do with him.
