Kris Jenner faces backlash for including Tristan Thompson in Father’s Day post

Fans react to Kris Jenner’s Father's Day post: 'Tristan cheated, and you still want to wish him a good day?’

Kris Jenner, 69, has sparked controversy with her latest Instagram post celebrating Father's Day. The momager shared a series of photos featuring the fathers in the Kardashian/Jenner family, ensuring no one was left out. 

The post included images of her parents, her late husband Robert Kardashian Sr., her ex-partner Caitlyn Jenner, and various exes and current partners of her children, including Rob Kardashian, Scott Disick, Travis Barker, Kanye West, Travis Scott, Corey Gamble, and Tristan Thompson.

Kris captioned the post, "Happy Father’s Day to all of the dads in our lives and all of the dads, step dads, grand fathers, and father figures out there! I hope your day is filled with so much love."

While many fans praised Kris for her inclusive and mature post, others were critical of her decision to include Tristan Thompson. 

Critics pointed out Tristan's history of cheating on Khloe Kardashian, with one harsh comment stating, "Tristan cheated on your daughter two times and got someone pregnant while she was pregnant and you still want to wish him a good day. Wow." 

Another added, "Posting Tristan is embarrassing."

Despite the backlash, some fans defended Kris's decision, noting the importance of recognizing all father figures in the family. 

"This is a very sweet and mature post," one fan commented, while another said, "Nobody gets left out. [Kris] is the OG."

Kris's post featured a comprehensive lineup of family members. It began with her parents, Robert True Houghton and Mary Jo Campbell, and included Rob Kardashian with his daughter Dream. 

She also paid tribute to her late husband, Robert Kardashian Sr., and their children Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, and Rob. Caitlyn Jenner was represented alongside their children Kendall and Kylie, as well as Caitlyn’s other children Brody, Burt, and Cassandra.

The post also acknowledged Kourtney's ex Scott Disick and their children Mason and Penelope, as well as Kourtney's husband Travis Barker and their son Rocky. 

Kim's ex-husband Kanye West appeared with their children North and Psalm, and Kylie's ex Travis Scott was included with their daughter Stormi. 

Kris's current boyfriend Corey Gamble, who has no children of his own but serves as a father figure, was also recognized.

Finally, Khloe's ex Tristan Thompson was featured with their daughter True. This inclusion stirred the most controversy, given Tristan's tumultuous history with Khloe, including multiple cheating allegations and the birth of a child with another woman while Khloe was pregnant.
