The event, a Platinum-level tournament sanctioned by the World Squash Federation, saw Mahnoor from Peshawar triumph in the final against her younger sister, Sehrish Ali, with a score of 3-1.
In an impressive display of skill, Mahnoor secured the gold medal while Sehrish claimed silver.
