RAWALPINDI:

As Eidul Adza approaches fast, the rates for slaughtering small and large animals in the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad have increased significantly.

Sources said that the butchers have set the rates differently for Eid's first, second, and third days and have already started booking. Many butchers’ teams from neighbouring areas, including Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, District Rawalpindi, and Azad Kashmir, have arrived in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Bookings are also being made through social media platforms.

Special teams from Attock and Peshawar have been booked for camel slaughter in Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
