Kyle Richards reacts to ‘Real Housewives’ skipping reunion: "They get to dodge a bullet"
Kyle Richards shared her thoughts on The Real Housewives of New Jersey skipping their reunion this year.
"Gosh, it seems like an easy way out," the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star exclusively told PEOPLE at the Posse Pride Party in Hollywood last Thursday, June 7.
"It seems like they get to dodge a bullet," said Richards.
Richards, an original cast member of RHOBH, has attended 13 consecutive reunions, including a highly emotional season 12 sitdown with her sister Kathy Hilton, which left Richards in tears and wanting to avoid the season-ending toast.
Garcelle Beauvais, Richards' RHOBH castmate, shared similar sentiments.
"That's a part of the [show], right? So not to have it is a little shocking. But there's gotta be a reason for it, whether it's toxicity or something," Beauvais said at the Pride event, which supported LGBTQ-advocacy group GLAAD and cast mate Erika Jayne's new single "Dominos."
As PEOPLE exclusively reported, the RHONJ cast will not hold a traditional reunion following the ongoing season 14 due to persistent conflicts among the cast members, which include Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, Dolores Catania, Margaret Josephs, Jennifer Aydin, Danielle Cabral, Rachel Fuda, Jackie Goldschneider, and Jenn Fessler.
