Sydney Sweeney embraces Floridian Vibes with a new oceanfront estate
Sydney Sweeney, known for her role in "Euphoria," has made an investment in Florida, purchasing a Fiat 500 Jolly to complement her new oceanfront estate in the Florida Keys. The purchase, confirmed by Page Six, adds a touch of retro charm to her luxurious lifestyle.
The $68,500 Fiat 500 Jolly is a blend of a golf cart and a dune buggy, and was bought from Hampton Jollys in Greenwich,Connecticut.
Sweeney's new $13.5 million home, a 7,720-square-foot compound located 30 minutes from Key West, features six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, a 520-bottle wine room, a 330-gallon aquarium, an elevator, a home gym, a game room, and carport parking.
Despite her new Floridian retreat, Sweeney remains bi-coastal, owning a $3 million Tudor-style home in California since 2021. In an interview with the Associated Press, she expressed her gratitude for her real estate achievements, saying, "Being able to be in a house is such an incredible, humbling, amazing accomplishment that I still can’t believe I was able to pull off."
Sweeney has become a passionate real estate investor, acquiring a Bel-Air fixer-upper for $6.2 million last year. However, she has been candid about the financial pressures of her career. Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, she said, "If I just acted, I wouldn’t be able to afford my life in LA. I take deals because I have to."
The actress also noted that despite her high-profile campaigns with Miu Miu, Laneige, and Armani beauty, the financial demands are significant. "I have to pay my publicist every month, and that’s more than my mortgage," Sweeney explained.
