Lana Del Rey has commented on a heated altercation with photographers who trailed her in Paris.
While enjoying a brief break from her music festival obligations with her family in Paris this week, the "Video Games" singer found herself pursued by an unidentified group of individuals who began photographing her.
Following her performance at Primavera Sound in Barcelona, Del Rey approached the photographers.
When one of them defended their actions by saying, “You came to me.”
The singer grew visibly upset and retorted, “You followed me! With my family! Get away from me. Don’t follow me! Don’t follow me!”
When the unidentified individuals expressed confusion about why she was upset, the "Summertime Sadness" star responded sharply: “I am upset! Don’t let them follow me. I only have one day here. I work every single day. I have four hours to myself.”
The individual then advised Del Rey, “Don’t scream,” prompting the singer to retort, “Shut up! Don’t follow people.”
Following the online sharing of video footage, Del Rey asserted that the individuals maliciously threatened to manipulate the photos to portray her negatively after the altercation.
She stated: “These a**holes actually told me that they were going to alter the pictures to make me look bad after we got into the fight.”
