Pop sensation Miley Cyrus is making waves in the fitness world with her unexpected gym attire. In a recent interview with W Magazine, Cyrus revealed her preference for heels over sneakers during her workout sessions, shedding light on her unconventional approach to fitness.

"My mantra is, like any athlete, 'Practice how you perform,'" Cyrus explained, offering insight into her decision to train in heels.

She elaborated, "So that's why I practice in my heels. The gym looks really tough, but then I've got my ivory Gucci slingbacks because they remind me of Marilyn Monroe. I train in heels, mostly."

This revelation not only showcases Cyrus's dedication to her craft but also her desire to feminize the typically masculine workout space.

Beyond her unique gym habits, Cyrus delved into her close relationships with fellow celebrities. She recently collaborated with Beyoncé on the latter's new country album ‘Cowboy Carter’, a project born out of their years-long friendship.

Cyrus also highlighted her bond with her godmother, Dolly Parton, who features prominently on ‘Cowboy Carter’.

Reflecting on her early fame from her Disney Channel days, Cyrus reminisced about meeting Beyoncé for the first time at a cancer benefit concert.

Standing amidst powerful figures like Beyoncé and Rihanna, Cyrus recalls feeling protected by them.
