Khloé Kardashian reveals why she keeps returning to her ‘lunatic’ trainer Don Brooks
Khloé Kardashian, the 39-year-old reality TV star, recently opened up about her journey to recovery after an injury that sidelined her fitness routine for nearly two months.
Known for her commitment to maintaining a healthy lifestyle, Kardashian shared on Instagram this Sunday, June 2, that she's gradually getting back to her desired level of activity.
"I hurt myself and couldn’t workout the way I wanted to for almost 2 months," she disclosed. "Working my way back little by little … a few more weeks and I’ll be there."
Determined to regain her full fitness routine, Kardashian emphasized her proactive approach: “I have to stay ready so I don’t need to get ready.”
The mother of two, who shares children True, 6, and Tatum, 1, with her ex Tristan Thompson, also posted footage of a recent workout session with her personal trainer, Don Brooks.
This health update comes shortly after Kardashian was spotted showcasing a new red hair color in Los Angeles on Friday, May 17.
Over the years, the Kardashian sister has become synonymous with transformations, both in her personal style and physical fitness.
In a detailed Instagram video from May 2023, Kardashian explained her rigorous workout routine, featuring resistance bands and a Bosu balancing ball, aimed at enhancing core and glute activation.
She humorously described her relationship with her trainer, Brooks, saying, "Don does, like, a magic potion on people where he abuses you and then you call him back. And then you pay him. I don’t know what special power he does. But this guy is a lunatic, and I keep calling him back."
