Philadelphia-based podcast "Word to the Wise" acquired footage of the intense exchange and reported that the Kelces were either stuck in “traffic or in their car” when the woman attempted to get their attention.

Several bystanders informed the outlet that Kylie "politely" refused, which prompted the woman to lash out at the couple.

The video captured the two women in a heated confrontation while a man tried to hold back the fan.

“I don’t care who you are, you will never be allowed in this town,” the woman threatened Kylie. Kylie responded, “I can smell the alcohol on your breath. You’re embarrassing yourself.”

Meanwhile, the former Philadelphia Eagles star stood several feet away from the altercation, allowing his wife to handle the situation.

According to "Word to the Wise," onlookers firmly stated that “the Kelce’s did nothing wrong and were so polite.”

An X user who claimed to have witnessed the incident said the fan was “rude as hell and banging on their car door.”
