Anti-graft body confiscates records and computers

A National Accountability Bureau (NAB) team on Tuesday raided the Bahria Town’s Rawalpindi office to search for records in connection with the Al-Qadir Trust University land case.

A 16-member team of the anti-graft body seized computers and all the records from Bahria Town’s Corporate Head Office.

It also took into its possession the computers and records from its corporate 1 and 2, chief executive as well as the complaints offices.

Besides searching the offices, the raiding team also questioned the staff present there.
According to sources, the NAB team sealed the Bahria Town’s corporate 1 and 2, chief executive and complaints offices.

The NAB team was accompanied by a heavy contingent of Islamabad police, who surrounded the Bahria Town Head Office and blocked the entrances.
