Gwen Stefani gets nostalgic for son Kingston's 18th birthday: “My first born baby boy”

The rock singer shared a compilation of pictures with her son over the years on social media.

Gwen Stefani's eldest son, Kingston Rossdale, has turned 18! 

The ‘No Doubt’ singer took to Instagram on Sunday to celebrate her son's 18th birthday with a montage chronicling his life from childhood to the present day.

Stefani's post featured a collection of adorable snapshots, kicking off with a baby Kingston declaring he has a crystal ball. 

Set to the backdrop of UB40's ‘Kingston Town,’ the montage showcased heartwarming moments - from Kingston as a toddler to him joining his mom backstage and even strumming a guitar. 

One clip showed a young Kingston holding his younger brother, Zuma.

The post concluded with more recent pictures, including some with Stefani's husband, Blake Shelton. “Happiest of birthdays Kingston,” Stefani wrote in the caption. 

“My first born baby boy :) cannot believe u are 18 today… i love u!”

Kingston's father, Gavin Rossdale, the frontman of Bush, also took to Instagram to commemorate his son's milestone birthday. His post included a collection of photos featuring Kingston throughout his teenage years, including a sweet picture with both his brothers.

“HAPPY BIRTHDAY KINGSTON,” Rossdale wrote. “18 today and a massive step into your future. so far the best ride of my life and I can't wait to see where you go from here.” 

Rossdale praised his son's character and musical talent, concluding the post with, “I could not love you more than I do. I wish you all the happiness all the health and all the creativity. Love you dad.”

Kingston responded with love in the comments section, writing “Best dad ever” and “I love you so much!”
