TANDLIANWALA:

Two siblings allegedly murdered their own mother on Friday.

According to the police report, Allah Ditta, a resident of Nankana district, lodged a complaint at the Sadar Tandliawala police station. He recounted that he worked as a labourer in Chak 412 GB and was married to Muniran, the deceased, two years prior.

Muneeran Bibi had previously divorced her ex-husband, Amin, before marrying Allah Ditta. Amin and Muneeran had five sons and two daughters together.

It was revealed that one of Muneeran's sons, Allah Ditta, and her daughter, Sophia, were allegedly involved in torturing and ultimately killing their own mother.

Upon receiving the distressing news, SHO Saddar Tandalianwala Haq Nawaz led a police team to the scene. The authorities took custody of Muneeran's lifeless body for further investigation.

Following a post-mortem examination, the police handed over Muneeran's body to her grieving husband, Allah Ditta.

A case was promptly registered against the victim's son, Allah Ditta, and daughter, Sophia, with law enforcement launching a manhunt to apprehend the suspects.

The police disclosed that the motive behind this heinous crime appeared to be a twisted notion of honour.

As the investigation intensifies, authorities are conducting raids to track down and bring the accused to justice.
