KARACHI:

Pakistan Hindu Council (PHC) Patron-in-Chief, Dr Ramesh Kumar, announced that the organisation will host a nationwide job fair for university students across Pakistan.

Speaking at the press conference held at PHC Secretariat, Dr Kumar stated, "We will request all universities to provide transportation for students to attend the job fair, which is organised for the benefit of students from all over the country."

The job fair will see participation from university chancellors, industry leaders, and representatives from various companies. "We need to provide information and opportunities to the students," he added.

Speaking of the success of their previous job fair, Dr Kumar noted that the event offered lucrative opportunities to many students and featured a diverse range of company stalls, making it the largest job fair in Pakistan.

This year, the event will also include stalls set up by the Army, Navy, and narcotics force.

Dr Kumar further announced that all major banks and various industries would have stalls at the job fair, which will open at 9am on Monday.

"I am committed to supporting not only the Hindu community but also people from all walks of life," Dr Kumar shared.

At the upcoming job fair, the aim is to bring numerous job opportunities under one roof. He urged all universities to provide transportation for their students.

He also mentioned that this year, we have invited 120 different companies, including multinational corporations, to set up stalls at the fair.
