Billie Eilish opens up about ex-boyfriend Jesse Rutherford: 'That's my guy'

Eilish appeared to confirm her single status while indicating a lack of interest in a relationship anytime soon.

Billie Eilish is still on good terms with her ex-boyfriend, Jesse Rutherford as per an unpublished excerpt from her Rolling Stone cover story that came out on May 17. 

“That’s my guy, truly one of my favorite people in the world,” said the ‘What Was I Made For’ singer. 

Eilish appeared to confirm her single status while also indicating a complete lack of interest in entering a new relationship anytime soon. 

“I plan on never dating again,” said the ‘Lovely’ singer.

“That’s not true, obviously. But no, I don’t see myself being serious with anyone until I find someone that really feels right to me, and that is not interesting to me right now, ” the singer added.

Eilish spoke about her breakup from Rutherford exactly a year after the singer’s representative confirmed to People about the split. 

The couple, who were last spotted together at Coachella in April 2023, had a relationship lasting less than a year before ending it. 

"We can confirm Billie and Jesse did split amicably and remain good friends," the singer’s rep confirmed in a statement. "All cheating rumors are false. Both are currently single."

Eilish dropped her third studio album ‘Hit Me Hard And Soft’ on Friday.
