Two female students were killed while seven others sustained injuries in the incident

Two female students were killed while seven others including three college professors sustained injuries as their tourist vehicle met an accident in Shogran on Saturday.

According to the rescue services and sources in Kaghan Development Authority, the students and professors of Post Graduate College Haripur were on their way to Shogran. One of the students, Halima Bibi, lost her life on the spot, while another student, Zarmeena, succumbed to her injuries at the hospital.

Three professors, the driver, and other students were also injured in the accident. The injured included professors Sajid, Abdul Basir, Muqadas Bibi, Mariam Bibi and Muhammad Rashid.

After receiving initial medical treatment at the Rural Health Centre Kewai and THQ Balakot, the injured were referred to King Abdullah Hospital Mansehra.
