Drake, the renowned rapper, has put his luxurious Tuscan-styled mansion in Beverly Hills back on the market for $88 million amidst a feud with fellow rapper Kendrick Lamar.
This comes one year after Drake initially listed the estate.
The rapper, 37, acquired the mansion from singer Robbie Williams in spring 2022 for $75 million.
Recent incidents, including two home invasions at his Toronto residence, have led to increased security concerns for the star.
Despite the recent turmoil, Drake made the decision to relist his Beverly Hills home before the security guard shooting in Toronto, according to TMZ.
The sprawling estate spans 20 acres and boasts scenic views of the city, hills, and ocean.

Featuring two houses with a total of 10 bedrooms and 22 bathrooms, the property offers privacy with a black iron gate and white wall at the entrance. Ample parking space is provided with an 11-car garage and brick driveway.
The backyard hosts a lavish swimming pool surrounded by comfortable seating and a pool house with a patio. Inside, the foyer welcomes with bright, open spaces and modern fixtures.
Designed by KAA Associates, the estate offers various living spaces, dining areas, and a gourmet kitchen.

After purchasing the mansion from Robbie Williams, Drake initially listed it in May 2023.
The relisting coincides with Drake's feud with Kendrick Lamar and his recent purchase of a $15 million ranch in Texas.
While Drake's Beverly Hills mansion exudes luxury, Kendrick Lamar maintains a low-profile with his relatively modest Bel Air house.
