Justin Bieber's mom confronts twin babies rumour

Pattie Mallette confirmed there's just one Bieber baby on the way.

Justin Bieber's mom, Pattie Mallette, is thrilled about becoming a grandmother – but she wants to clear up any confusion.  After her comment on Stephen Baldwin's Instagram post celebrating Hailey and Justin's pregnancy announcement, some fans wondered if the couple was expecting twins.

Mallette quickly clarified, "No, not twins lol I wish." She added that she hopes the couple will have more children in the future but joked, "One is enough for now."

In her initial excitement, Mallette commented on Stephen Baldwin's post, "Congratulations Grandpa! WE ARE GONNA HAVE THE CUTEST GRAND-BABIES EVER!”  She also shared a celebratory video on her own Instagram, expressing her joy about Hailey and Justin's growing family.

Justin and Hailey, married since 2018, announced their pregnancy news on Instagram with photos of Hailey's baby bump during their recent vow renewal in Hawaii.  Celebrity friends like Kendall Jenner and Ayesha Curry flooded the couple's posts with congratulations.

A source close to the couple told Us Weekly that Hailey and Justin "couldn't be more excited" and that this pregnancy feels like a bright spot after some recent challenges.  They described the vow renewal as a way to embrace this new chapter and a "fresh start for them as a family of three."
