Despite being in crutches due to a recent foot injury, Posh Spice still knows how to party!

But a highlight for Victoria and fans was undoubtedly the reunion of all five Spice Girls!

Even Geri Horner – formerly, Ginger Spice – who recently faced rumors of a "sexting scandal" involving her husband Christian Horner, put it aside to celebrate with her former bandmate.

Spice Girls Melanie Chisolm (Sporty Spice), Emma Bunton (Baby Spice), and Melanie Brown (Scary Spice) were also in attendance.

"It meant the world to Victoria that they were all there," a friend told The Daily Mail about the Spice Girls reunion. "They were a huge part of her life and they shared so much together."

Victoria's husband David Beckham spared no expense, transforming the venue into a celebration fit for a fashion icon.

Guests like Tom Cruise, Eva Longoria, Gordon Ramsay, and David's former Manchester United teammate Gary Neville added a touch of Hollywood and sporting royalty to the mix.

Victoria's family also played a big part in the night. They all donned designer outfits, with her son Cruz even sporting a pair of light brown braces for a touch of individuality.

Victoria herself looked stunning in a light green floor-length gown from her own collection, despite walking in on crutches due to a recent foot injury.

Her daughter Harper followed in her footsteps with an elegant white dress. David delivered a heartfelt speech, and their children all spoke about their love for their mother.

The Daily Mail reports that guests also enjoyed an extravagant meal featuring Italian-inspired platters, steak, and sea bass, all washed down with expensive champagne and Victoria's favorite Chateau Mouton Rothschild. A live DJ kept the party going well into the early hours.

Victoria's eldest son Brooklyn's wife Nicola Peltz, however, was noticeably absent from the festivities. Her grandmother fell ill suddenly, and Nicola rushed to be by her side.
