The Director General of Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA), Abdul Rasheed Solangi has sought a report about some 50 housing schemes which have been established in flood zone in Hyderabad.
Talking to media in Hyderabad on Saturday, he told that one-window facility and a complaint centre would be set up at the Authority to facilitate people. He added that a biometric system would also be introduced to monitor attendance of staff.
He also informed that there are 751 crumbly buildings in the entire province, majority of which exist in Karachi with Hyderabad having only 34 such structures.
