Cabinet meets today with 9-point agenda

Reorganisation of accountability courts part of the agenda

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has summoned a federal cabinet meeting today to address a nine-point agenda.

The meeting, led by the prime minister, will deliberate on crucial national matters.

Among the agenda items, discussions will include the bill concerning the establishment of the National Institute for Modern Sciences.

Ambassador Manzoor Chaudhry's endorsement of an international accolade will also be part of the agenda.

The cabinet is slated to tackle the reorganisation of accountability courts. Moreover, the appointment of a federal drug inspector will be up for approval during the session.

Furthermore, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Ministry of Maritime Affairs of Pakistan and its counterpart in Qatar will be presented for consideration, signifying potential collaborations in the maritime domain.

In a bid to bolster federal public-private partnerships, a five-year policy agenda will be debated, aiming to foster sustainable development and economic growth.

Additionally, the cabinet will ratify decisions made by the Economic Coordination Committee (ECC).
