In a rare convergence, Nadia Khan, Shaista Lodhi, and Nida Yasir, hailed as the leading trio of morning show royalty, came together for a candid conversation on Shan e Suhoor. The illustrious three, known for their contributions to the morning show era, dove into the highs and lows of their careers, shedding light on the challenges they faced behind the scenes.

Amidst laughter and shared memories, the conversation took a poignant turn as Nadia Khan recounted a harrowing incident from her past. Reflecting on her days of hosting live call-ins, she revealed a chilling encounter that continues to haunt her to this day.

A distressed caller, possibly grappling with depression, made a shocking demand – to meet Nadia in person, threatening harm to her child if refused. The gravity of the situation left Nadia reeling, underscoring the unpredictable nature of live television.

"It was a very strange call," she recalled. "Women with depression would call a lot. (The caller) said that I want to talk to you, meet you, I'm very depressed and if you won't meet me, I'll kill my baby." This led the other two to gasp in shock. A wide-eyed Nadia remembered feeling scared for the child, even if she did decide to go meet the woman in question.

The discussion also unearthed tales of on-set dramas involving celebrities, as Nida and Nadia shared riveting anecdotes. Nida disclosed an unexpected revelation on air when a caller, purportedly the sister of an actor, disclosed the real-life romance between on-screen partners. Meanwhile, Nadia recalled a tense moment when the spouse of a lead actor phoned in, alleging infidelity with his co-star, casting a shadow over the show's promotion. "I would get stuck," revealed Nadia, holding her head.

Shaista, no stranger to on-set challenges, recounted her own trials of managing unruly celebrity guests. From navigating late-night revelry to ensuring presentable appearances the next morning, her adept handling of unexpected situations underscored her resilience and professionalism. "They're in such positions in the morning that they can't come on-screen," shared Shaista. She added, "You have a show to put on but you don't have a guest."

The gathering served as a reminder of the behind-the-scenes intricacies that often go unnoticed in the glitzy world of morning television. Beyond the glamour and laughter, the hosts' revelations shed light on the emotional toll and pressures inherent in their roles as arbiters of morning entertainment.
