A policeman, identified as 46-year-old Kamran, lost his life after being hit by a speeding car near Zamzam Street. His body was shifted to Jinnah Hospital for medico-legal formalities. The driver responsible for the accident was taken into police custody. In another road mishap, a pedestrian lost his life after a speeding car hit him while crossing the road at Baloch Colony Bridge. Police said that nothing was recovered from the body to confirm its identity but the deceased appeared to be at least 40-year-old. The body was shifted to Jinnah Hospital.
