Meta suspends Palestinian journalist Motaz Azaiza's Facebook account

Palestinian journalist Motaz Azaiza took to his Instagram Story and feed to reveal that his Facebook account has been suspended by Meta, the parent company of Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. Motaz stated that he received a notification from Meta informing him of the suspension, with a requirement to appeal the decision within 180 days, failing which his account would be permanently deleted.

The reason behind the suspension remains undisclosed, leaving Motaz and his followers puzzled about the sudden action taken by the social media giant.
