Secp: Two commissioners appointed

Imtiaz Haider and Muhammed Asif Arif have joined the SECP as commissioners.

ISLAMABAD: Imtiaz Haider and Muhammed Asif Arif have joined the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) as commissioners for the securities market division and the insurance division, respectively. Haider has over 20 years of experience in finance, business management, corporate governance, academia and marketing. He is a former SECP executive director and managing director of the Islamabad Stock Exchange. Arif has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, reinsurance, management and finance. He has served on various committees of the Insurance Association of Pakistan and Karachi Insurance Institute.
