In a disconcerting turn of events, a number of foreign media outlets and social media accounts have been disseminating unverified information regarding the alleged killing of a commander from the Jaish al-Adl terrorist organisation by Iranian security forces within Pakistani territory.

Insiders with knowledge of the matter on Saturday refuted these claims, asserting that no such incident occurred within Pakistani borders. They highlight that a false narrative is being constructed, seemingly rooted in a crossfire incident involving rival smuggler groups in Balochistan.

"These narratives are baseless and appear to be propagated by elements dismayed by the success of 'Operation Marg Bar Sarmchaar,'" the sources stated.

The ongoing 'Operation Marg Bar Sarmchaar' aims to counter terrorism and maintain security in the region. The sources contend that the concocted narrative circulating internationally is an attempt to undermine the credibility of the operation.

Furthermore, the sources have pointed fingers at Indian media, alleging their involvement in promoting this fabricated narrative. It is suggested that the motive behind such actions may be linked to geopolitical tensions and a desire to create a misleading impression about the effectiveness of anti-terrorism efforts in the region.

As tensions rise, it becomes increasingly crucial to verify information from reliable sources and refrain from the propagation of unconfirmed reports. The concerned authorities in Pakistan and Iran are yet to issue an official statement regarding the allegations, urging caution in the interpretation of events surrounding this incident.

Raj | 9 months ago | Reply The Indian media only quoted Irani newsreports and did not report on its own. Pakistan is blinded by its hatred for INdia and thus could not see Iranian news. By the way whether it is surgical strike by India or Iran Pakistan has always denied it though it happened. Shame on you guys.
