East-West Center to honour Kamal Siddiqi
Center to recognise Siddiqi as one of its ‘Journalists of Courage and Impact’ for his contributions to journalism

The East-West Center (EWC) will honour prominent journalist Kamal Siddiqi at its 2024 International Media Conference (IMC), set to take place on June 23-26.
The Center will recognise Siddiqi as one of its ‘Journalists of Courage and Impact’ for his contributions to journalism in Pakistan and the region, and for his outstanding support to other EWC media alumni. The EWC has also invited Siddiqi to join a plenary panel at the IMC on the challenges of reporting elections in Asia.
Siddiqi, currently associated with AAJ News, was the former Editor of The Express Tribune. He has also previously been associated with The News and Dawn.
