Love might not be in the air but it’s certainly back on the calendar. With February 14 approaching, many around the globe are preparing to delight their beaus with grand gestures of affection. However, not everyone is feeling red hearts and roses.

While Valentine’s Day has become an occasion to mark love for all your favourite people, one celebrity is not having it with those lovey-dovey displays. Pakistani actor Hania Aamir, known for her candid online presence, took to Instagram recently with a witty post that will resonate with many single souls this year.

In an IG Story, Hania said, “On February 14, if any of my friends put up a picture of flowers, I will unfollow you.” Breaking into a small laugh mid-sentence, the actor’s playful declaration has caught the attention of her followers.

Hania’s cheeky remark showcases her ability to find amusement in the quirks of singledom during the romantic holiday, an inspiration for many. Last year, the actor sparked dating rumours after back-to-back meetings with Indian rapper Badshah. In December, the Mere Humsafar actor posted pictures of her candid evening with the singer in a Dubai restaurant on Insta.

Earlier, Hania extended warm birthday wishes to Badshah on November 19 on IG. The actor shared a captivating black-and-white image that encapsulated a moment of affectionate bond between her and the Indian rapper.

At the start of this year, the Sang e Mah actor prompted a fresh wave of speculation after her cryptic posts with singer Haider Mustehsan hinted at a brewing romance. However, Hania and Haider took to their respective Instagram accounts to share a heartwarming post that not only quelled the rumours but also served as a prelude to their joint project.

Titled Dhanak, the post teased Haider’s musical endeavour, featuring Hania in the music video. The carousel of images exudes a serene ambience, with the sun glistening behind the duo, creating a visual spectacle that accompanies the announcement. Dhanak released on all streaming platforms on January 18.
