Pakistan expressed strong condemnation on Tuesday for the terrorist attack targeting the Courthouse complex in Istanbul, resulting in at least six people being injured.

"We extend our heartfelt condolences to the brotherly people and government of Turkey and pray for the swift and complete recovery of those injured in this heinous attack. Our thoughts and prayers are with the bereaved families," stated the Foreign Office spokesperson in an official statement.

"Today, there has been an attempted terrorist attack at the security checkpoint in front of the C Gate of Caglayan Courthouse," announced Turkish Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya on X, providing details after the attack that resulted in six injuries, including three police officers.

The Foreign Office spokesperson reiterated Pakistan's unwavering solidarity with Turkey in its ongoing battle against the scourge of terrorism.
