The Hazara division Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Police, Muhammad Ijaz Khan paid a visit to Kohistan to review the security situation of the Diamer Bhasha Hydro Power Project to ensure the safety of the vital infrastructure.
During his visit, he discussed various issues pertaining to the security with military officers and other officials. His focus remained on enhancing security arrangements and exchanging ideas to make security measures more effective in the region.
He also conducted thorough inspections of various police stations in Upper Kohistan, emphasising the importance of preparedness and efficiency in maintaining law and order.
