Three injured in attack on Sunni Tehreek office

Qadri said anti-state elements were trying to disrupt elections

KARACHI:

Three workers of Sunni Tehreek were seriously injured when unidentified suspects opened fire with automatic weapons on the party’s office in Moosa Colony on Monday. Soon after the attack, Sunni Tehreek General Secretary Allama Bilal Saleem Qadri Shami reached the hospital and visited the injured.

The injured workers of Sunni Tehreek were shifted to Civil Hospital trauma center after initial treatment at Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.

Pakistan Sunni Tehreek Ejaz Qadri group President Sarwat Ejaz Qadri said while talking to the media that PST preaches peace and brotherhood, but anti-state elements were trying to disrupt the elections by creating law and order situation. Qadri said conspirators will never succeed in their nefarious designs.
