The Supreme Court has formed five benches to hear important cases in the coming judicial week.
A three-member bench, headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faez Isa and comprising Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar and Justice Mussarat Hilali, will hear important cases from Jan 1.
Bench number two is a division one comprising Justice Ijazul Ahsan and Justice Shahid Waheed.
Further, bench three is headed by Justice Mansoor Ali Shah and comprises Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail and Justice Ayesha Malik.
The fourth bench – also a division one – comprises Justice Muneeb Akhtar and Justice Mazahar Ali Akbar Naqvi.
The fifth judicial bench has been constituted with three members headed by Justice Yahya Afridi. The bench includes Justice Aminuddin Khan and Justice Athar Minallah.
