The Multan Arts Council bestowed the living legend and Pride of Performance singer, Suraiya Multanikar, with the Lifetime Achievement Award for her meritorious services to the music industry.
The award was presented to her during a ceremony titled “Hum Na Bhoolay Tujay” held in connection with the 23rd death anniversary of the Melody Queen, Noor Jehan, at the Multan Arts Council.
The iconic singer received a standing ovation from the audience, and the hall thundered with a round of applause when she received the award.
