In a significant stride towards digital empowerment, citizens in Punjab can now acquire their new learner driving licences through the Punjab Information Technology Board’s (PITB) innovative Driving Licence Issuance Management System (DLIMS 2.0).
The announcement came from PITB Chairman Faisal Yousaf during a comprehensive review meeting held at the Arfa Software Technology Park (ASTP).

The meeting underscored the user-friendly enhancements in the application process, making it more accessible for citizens across Punjab.
To kick-start the application, individuals can simply search for “DLIMS” on Google or input the address “dlims.punjab.gov.pk” in their browsers. Subsequently, a user-friendly form will appear, prompting applicants to provide essential information such as their name, identity card details, and other required particulars.
